The role of responsible production practices in the development of long-term customer relationships

The purpose of this study is to identify the most important for the consumer responsible production practices that promote developing long-term relationships with consumer. To achieve the goal theoretical and empirical analyzes will be carried out. Within the framework of theoretical analysis, such a method will be used as analysis of secondary information, the analysis of scientific articles, monographs and other relevant sources on the topic, analysis of data from reports of companies researches, annual reports of companies and statistical data published by the companies themselves and other resources. Will be also used a quantitative research method, a survey of respondents. 120 male and female respondents who live in Moscow and are consumers of clothing store companies will be interviewed. The survey results will be interpreted, a cluster analysis based on factor analysis of data using SPSS will be carried out. After that, recommendations will be developed for industry firms regarding the selection and dissemination of responsible manufacturing practices.
