Analysis of Development of System Preparation of the Sports Reserve in the Russian Federation

In the master's thesis, the structure is examined and is analyzed the effectiveness of the functioning of the sports reserve training system in Russia at the present stage. Having determined the place of the sports reserve in the state administration of the sports industry and its importance, as the basis for the formation of individual health and as the foundation for the national teams of Russia, the author talks about the interaction of entities in the structure, their goals and objectives, and consistently cites regulatory documents regulating sports. In the practical part of the thesis, based on the data of federal statistical observations, the author analyzes current indicators characterizing the success of the selected development vector of the sports reserve training system. The result of the work is the development of a number of recommendations and suggestions for improving the system of training a sports reserve and increasing its effectiveness. The results of the study can be used by managers of the sports industry as methodological material and / or be of interest to specialists of federal government bodies in the field of physical education and sports, specialists of organizations involved in ensuring the implementation of sports training programs.
