The novel "Off the grid" is a story about a father and son that is embedded in a modern political context shrouded in mystery. The kidnapping of the President, protest rallies, television of the 90s, the media today-that's what worries the main characters Kostya and Igor Kachalov. Will Kachalov be able to solve the mystery of the President's kidnapping? Is his son Kostya really behind this? Perhaps the title of the novel is a metaphor that will answer the main questions.
