Improving of the Interaction System with Suppliers in Retail Company

Customers of the Russian DIY market in recent years have begun to save more and more carefully plan their potential acquisitions. This fact suggests that companies need to invest in streamlining business processes. The relevance of this work lies in the fact that network retail companies in order to attract customers should offer the best prices for their goods, while earning income. This fact could be realized only with the effective organization of processes within the business. An important part of this event is building partnerships with contractors, in particular with suppliers, the number of which often reaches several thousand. This work proposes optimization solutions that will allow the largest company in the DIY market to develop processes for working with suppliers and increase competitive advantages by improving this particular business area.
