Implementation of Centralized System of Supply Planning in FMCG Company

The main aim of the paper is to reveal weaknesses in process of supply planning of finished goods for further its optimisation thought implementation of centralised supply planning system. Main tasks of the paper are: Analyse Company's business activity, its place on the Russian market, level of competition on the market, main threats Analyse current planning systems and supply chain Reveal weaknesses in current processes Explore modern optimisation models for planning system, advantages of processes based on integration, best practises SCOR Developing of algorithm of efficient implementation of centralised planning system Analyse economic results of implementation of centralised planning system.
