Using Blockchain Technology in the Operations of the Freight One Logistics Provider

Title of the final qualification work: “Using Blockchain Technology in the Operational Activities of the “PGK” company. Keywords: blockchain, supply chain, blockchain in logistics, the first freight company, blockchain technology. The purpose of the work is to increase the efficiency of the enterprise by introducing a blockchain system. The first chapter analyzes the production and financial activities of PJSC Freight One. A study of blockchain technology was carried out: the structure, features and prospects of the development of blockchain technology were analyzed. The applicability of this technology in logistics was also investigated. The second chapter is devoted to the methodological aspects of the blockchain system: an analysis of approaches and methods to increase transparency and traceability of supply chains is carried out. A methodology has also been developed for using blockchain technology in supply chains in the railway industry. The third chapter analyzes the applicability of blockchain technology at Freight One. Proven increased traceability of the supply chain using blockchain technology. The effectiveness of the proposed solutions is justified using the DuPont model. The conclusion contains the main conclusions of the study conducted in the framework of writing the final qualifying work Volume of final qualification work: p. - 94, figures - 31, tables - 10, list of literary sources - 42.
