Improvement of a Purchase Planning System of JSC “Kaspersky Laboratory

Today, competent planning of purchasing activities allows to acquaint strategic advantages and significantly increase the economic efficiency and competitiveness of the company. In the course of this work, it is necessary, taking into account current trends, to suggest effective steps to improve the planning system of the company selected for analysis. The object of the analysis is JSC "Kaspersky Labaratory". Kaspersky Lab. is one of the world's largest private companies working in the field of information security, operating in almost 200 countries, offering modern and up-to-date products that meet high and growing market requirements. Subject of research is the existing system of planning and procurement of JSC Kaspersky Labaratory. The relevance of the chosen topic is confirmed by the fact that competent and accurate procurement planning allows to reduce costs, achieve more effective budget management, and therefore increase the efficiency of spending in a dynamically changing and developing environment. The purpose of this work is to improve the company's existing procurement planning system to increase its efficiency. The work consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of sources and applications. Work consists of 101 pages and includes 24 figures and 21 tables.
