Improving Logistics Efficiency to Support Exhibition Arrangements

In the recent years exhibitions as well as other unique mass events have been considered by logistics companies as a separate business field. The paper aims at developing an innovative framework of 3PL provider’s client service based on an algorithm of logistic support of exhibitions. Its efficiency will improve methodologically and economically. The key method is implementing a Venue Logistics Management system with an example of an actual focal company’s project.
