Increasing the Efficiency of the Transport Company Based on the Logistics Services' Complex Development

The object of this work is the logistics activities of the company Russian Railways Logistics. The subject of this study is the complexity of the logistics services of Russian Railways Logistics. The purpose of this study is to increase the efficiency of the logistics company Russian Railways Logistics. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to fulfill a number of tasks, namely: to study the activities of the logistics company Russian Railways Logistics, in particular economic activities, key customers, financial and economic conditions, as well as market position; to analyze the logistics activities of the enterprise, in particular business areas focused on the provision of logistics services; identify the main problems in the company's logistics activities related to the development of the complexity of the services provided; to study the theoretical aspects of the study of integrated logistics services; apply the studied materials to solve the problems posed, oriented to the need to develop the complexity of logistics services; establish a procedure for developing the complexity of the logistics services of a logistics company; assess the change in the effectiveness of the company by introducing the proposed procedure for the development of the complexity of the company's logistics services; provide an economic justification for the proposed solutions. Based on the analysis of the literature studied in the work, a procedure was developed for the development of the complexity of logistics services, which visually characterizes the stages of the formation of the package of services that is relevant for increasing the efficiency of the company. The structure of the thesis is determined by the goals and objectives and includes an introduction, three chapters, consisting of nine divisions, conclusion, list of used literature and sources, applications.
