Development of Analytical Application for Logistics/Supply Chain Management

This article describes the process of automating the company's business processes related to the supply of equipment, its accounting and maintenance. Some methods are proposed to increase the level of logistics service and reduce the level of logistics costs using an integrated approach to modeling business processes. Based on a review of the literature, various analytical tools are explored that automate some processes or speeds up the process of their implementation. The feasibility of the proposed methods is confirmed by the schemes of business processes “before” and “after” the implementation of analytical tools. Cost-effectiveness is proven by comparing logistic costs and DuPont. models. The proposal consists of four sections: an introduction to the study, a literature review, methods, a summary of the expected results, and a conclusion.
