In recent years, there has been a positive trend in the rapid development of e-commerce worldwide. In the digital field, consumers are becoming increasingly demanding. Customers prefer to choose online retail for convenience, as this service will provide home delivery at the specified place and time. Fashion e-commerce is a complex industry with unique characteristics compared to other retail sectors, where there are more uncertainties such as market needs, fashion changes and seasonality, which complicates the management of the clothing supply chain, especially inventory management, and the timely completion of an order for replenishment of stocks of insurance stock. Unlike retail, e-commerce in warehouse units becomes transparent to the buyer, showing product availability before significant purchasing efforts are made, which directly affects customer retention and leads to monetary consequences due to lost sales.
