Improving Order Fulfillment Process in a Manufacturing Company

To satisfy needs of the final customer, to provide a competitive advantage in the market and to increase the results of the company’s activity, an efficiently developed order fulfillment process can help. The aim of this work is to develop recommendations for improving order fulfillment process in a manufacturing company.
