Designing a Model for Efficient Inventory Management of Perishable Goods for a Retail Company

This work is devoted to the development of a replenishment model for perishable products for a retail company. The main goals of this work are: development and formalization of the replenishment algorithm for perishable products, as well as demonstration of its effectiveness and competitiveness. In the work, current developments in this area were studied and analyzed, as well as the author's algorithm is proposed, formalized and tested, and the process of its integration into the company’s activities is described.
