Processes Optimization in the Supply Chain Using Blockchain and Smart Contracts

The aim of this work is to identify, analyze and develop optimal solutions to improve the efficiency of the supply chain of the focal company. In the process of implementing this goal, the main tasks will be solved: • Lack of transparency in the supply chain; • Lack of modernization of the logistics unit; • Lack of transparency in the activities of a business unit; • Lack of elaboration of the areas of responsibility of the logistics sector; • Low level of data processing security; • The complexity of the processes of coordination of production activities. The object of research in this work is "Gazprom Neft". Research chains are putting companies in the spotlight and ways to increase their effectiveness.
