The research of supply maturity levels of Russian companies carried out in this research work, as well as the analysis of existing literature in the supply sector, confirmed the lack of a systematic diagnosis and study of supply maturity levels in Russia. In this regard, the purpose of this work, as well as its results, are relevant in the field of supply and procurement. The aim of this work is to assess the maturity level of the supply of Russian companies, as well as analyze the identified areas for improvement, compile a report on the study and provide conclusions based on the assessment. In accordance with the stated goal, the following tasks were completed: analysis of the theoretical aspects of procurement and the study of best practices in procurement; compilation of a questionnaire for a survey on the current level of supply maturity in companies; questionnaire survey among a pool of companies; development of a tool to assess the level of supply maturity based on the studied existing reference models; analysis of the responses received and the study of the received statistical data; drawing up a report on the study and consideration of various specifics of companies operating in the Russian market; providing an opinion on the level of maturity of supply in Russian companies. The study of the theoretical foundations, best practices and existing models of supply maturity in the first chapter served as a necessary theoretical basis for the further development of the presented model and tool for assessing the level of supply maturity - questionnaires. It is worth noting that conducting a survey of a sample of Russian companies and a comprehensive analysis of the results obtained in the framework of this work demonstrated the relevance and lack of research in this area. In the second chapter, the most commonly used characteristics and parameters of maturity models were identified, as well as methods for evaluating the results obtained by the arithmetic average of the final levels of maturity of supply companies. Based on the information studied, a tool for diagnostics and assessment was compiled and modified, the model of the consulting company KPMG was taken for the prototype. At the same time, thanks to the classification of identified characteristics for each matrix array, the conceptual framework has become a reference model that companies can use as a tool to assess the current maturity level of the supply and procurement system and draw up a plan for a potential strategic path for their further development. The result of the second chapter is a methodology and tool for assessing the level of supply, which is a matrix with 5 stages of maturity and 14 supply parameters, as well as providing recommendations on the use of the model and the implementation of supply transformations in the company. The third chapter assessed the levels of supply maturity in companies, during which there was an improvement in the average level of supply maturity compared to the situation on the Russian market in 2011. It was also revealed that the examined Russian companies lagged in the level and willingness to introduce digital supply and procurement technologies at enterprises from leading world companies. After the analysis of the companies and the results of the assessment of their maturity level of supply, a list of restrictions that had to be encountered during the writing of this work was compiled. Despite these obstacles, the assessment and analysis of the maturity levels of the supply of 60 companies in Russia was nevertheless carried out, and, therefore, the goal of this work was fulfilled.
