Role of Logistics in Developing Algorithm to Personalize Customer Services of a Company

This work covers a phased study of the e-commerce market and the study of the solutions for individualising user experience in an online store with the goal of further developing an effective tool. The tool is based on the hypothesis that it is possible to increase the level of individualisation of services by issuing personal recommendations based on the goal of optimizing the logistics costs of a business. The aim of the work is to develop recommendations for the logistic support of creating an information product that helps to increase the level of individualisation of customer service of the online store. The object of work is the activity of an Internet retailer. The subject of this work is the logistic support of individualisation of customer service of an online store. Based on the results of the necessary materials and existing tools research, a plan for the development of the product was proposed in the work. As a result, the final product was tested and launched on the website of the online store. The final part of the work provides a calculation of the economic efficiency of the created product. In conclusion, the ways for further development of the product prepared during the work are also noted.
