The Improvement of Company's Logistics System

The aim of the final qualification work is to develop economically feasible proposals for improving the logistics system using the example of Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Rus LLC. The object of the research is Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Rus LLC, the subject of research is the enterprise logistics system. Chapter 1 provides an analysis of the economic activities of the company, financial indicators, and logistics activities. In addition, problems in the logistics system of the enterprise are listed. Chapter 2 of the work provides an overview of the scientific base on this issue. The characteristics of sea and air transportation are given, the advantages and disadvantages of each type of transportation are identified, the Extended Warehouse Management, Production Planning, Sales and Distribution, Material Management modules of the SAP information system are analyzed. Chapter 3 contains suggestions for improving the logistics system using the example of Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Rus LLC. Section 3.1 shows an example of the implementation of measures. Section 3.2 evaluates the economic efficiency of the proposed measures using the factor model of Dupont's strategic profit as an example.
