Improving the Efficiency of Multi-Turn Container Management in Production on the Example of CJSC " Renault Russia

As part of the work, we analyzed ways to improve the efficiency of using multi-turn packaging by the production company Reno Russia. In the course of the work, the following were carried out: * Analysis of the company's external environment; • SWOT analysis of the company; * Analysis of alternatives to solve the problem of improving the efficiency of multi-turn packaging; * Analysis of financial and economic information using vertical and horizontal trend analysis methods; * Analysis of the organizational structure; * Analysis of the company's logistics processes. During the analysis of logistics activities, the company's key business units were identified, as well as their risks and weaknesses. We can say that the first part of the work provides a comprehensive understanding of logistics and organization structure. After analyzing the literature, a number of measures and recommendations were proposed that meet the objectives of the topic, and the economic effect of the proposed improvements on the model of strategic profit was calculated. As a result of the implementation of the initiatives, the return on equity is expected to increase by 0.27%
