An object The object of this research work is the logistics processes at the warehouse in Vorsino of Nestle Russia. Subject The subject of this research is the organization of logistics processes at the warehouse in Vorsino of Nestle Russia. Purpose The goal of this final qualification work is to optimize the logistics processes at the Vorsino warehouse of Nestle Russia. Methods To implement the optimization algorithm, methods of modeling logistics processes in the warehouse will be used.
