Assesing the Feasability of the Company's Online Sales Channel Development in the Dairy Industry on the Example of Danon

This work will be aimed at studying the feasibility of launching an online store to sell goods directly to end customers by a dairy producer using an example of Danone. In order to estimate the need and rationality of launching own online sales channel for dairy production companies SCOR-model and empirical research method will be used in the paper. Empirical methods will determine the validity of the existing online store, identify market trends, analyze the pros and cons of entering the direct to customer (hereinafter referred to as D2C) market, and also based on SCOR, develop a Danone online store development strategy and reorganize the existing distribution network.
