The aim of this work is to develop proposals for improving the process of transporting non-standard goods using the example of PJSC Sovfreight. The objectives of this thesis are: analysis of the production and economic activities of the company, analysis of the peculiarities of the transportation of oversized cargo and the route selection algorithm, identifying bottlenecks during transportation, studying the literature of the organization of transportation, applying the developed recommendations in practice, evaluating the economic efficiency of the proposed measures. The object of the study is the company PJSC Sovfracht. The subject of this study is the transport of HOL.
