Since there are a huge number of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Russian, and especially in the Moscow Internet trading market, their main strategy is to reduce costs and increase supply volumes. However, often small companies have pronounced shortcomings in their logistics activities. Unlike large enterprises, they do not have the necessary resources to use the latest scientific developments and continuous optimization of transport and storage systems, this leads to a strong imbalance in the market. All this indicates the relevance of this study for small and medium-sized companies that want to successfully exist in a competitive market and effectively manage their activities.
