This thesis will be devoted to improving the distribution network of the company "MSD pharmaceuticals" LLC, taking into account the new sales channel. MSD pharmaceuticals LLC is a representative office of an American multinational pharmaceutical company and is engaged in wholesale trade of pharmaceutical products of the Merck, Sharp & Dohme brand on the territory of the Russian Federation. In the course of this work, an algorithm for reorganizing the distribution network will be proposed, And anylogistix simulation tools will be used to design and evaluate the effectiveness of the company's distribution network.
