The thesis is part of the study guide, which will subsequently be supplemented and published by Braille. Since so far the Old Russian and Old Slavonic texts and grammatical information about the history of the language have not been embossed by Braille, the study guide will help blind and visually impaired students and schoolchildren studying ancient Russian and Old Slavonic texts, when they will have university courses or prepare for Russian language olympiads, to effectively study such texts in accessible formats, and teachers of specialized disciplines will be useful for effective work with students and schoolchildren using braille. The study guide consists of two parts, the first of which, a grammatical essay, contains grammatical information about the Old Slavonic and Old Russian language, and the second, an anthology, samples of texts of the XI-XIV centuries with a translation and linguistic commentary. From the grammar essay, students will be able to learn about ancient Slavic languages, the creation of Slavic writing, the phonetic and morphological systems of the Old Slavic language and their background, the differences between the Old Russian language and the Old Slavic language, the dialect division of the Old Russian language and the features of the Old Novgorod dialect. In the anthology the texts of the 11th-14th centuries are given with comments and explanations according to the method of Ilya Frank to understand the features of the Old Russian and Old Slavonic language and the historical and cultural context of each text. Monuments interesting graphically will be embossed not only by braille, but also in the form of an exact relief copy.
