The author of the work is a student at the Higher School of Economics - Perm, Department of Economics, Management, and Business Informatics, in the field of Software Engineering Petrov Vladimir Mikhailovich. Task of this thesis The management of SIBUR is confident that active participation in the activities of the company increases labor productivity. The aim of this work is to create a software tool to increase employee involvement in the company. To achieve this goal, it will be necessary to determine the requirements for the system through interviews with the client and analysis of the subject area. Design and development of a client-server application, conducting its testing. As a result of the work, it is planned to get a server application with which company employees will be able to communicate with each other and gather for events. The work will include analysis of the subject area and development technologies, system design, implementation and testing.
