Development of an Intellectual System for the Valuation of Residential Real Estate in Cities of the Russian Federation

The theme of the diploma thesis: "Development of intellectual system of residential real estate valuation in the Russian Federation cities". The work was done by Nurullin Ilya Nailevich Nurullin, 4th year student of the National Research University "HSE-Perm" of the "Software Engineering" group PI-16-2. The work includes 51 pages of the main text, which contains 20 drawings and 3 tables. The object of the study is to estimate the cost of apartments, the object is to estimate the cost of residential real estate by artificial neural network. The paper consists of an introduction, 3 chapters, a conclusion and 8 annexes. The first chapter contains an analytical review of the subject area. The second chapter describes the process of design, development, training, testing of the main and auxiliary neural networks and also describes the process of development of the user interface to them. In the third chapter, the subject area is studied on the basis of the subject area model obtained from the second chapter. The applications contain a block diagram of the site data parsing algorithm, a screenshot of the user web-interface, formulas of auxiliary and main neural networks, terms of reference, explanatory note, programmer and operator manuals.
