This study focuses on the implementation of a set of due diligence measures based on business intelligence tools. The study proposes an algorithm for checking the counterparty gathering data from official sources of the Russian Federation government and some other open sources by OSINT technologies. In addition to traditional business intelligence tools, the AGILE approach is also considered. As a part of the study, a survey of business intelligence professionals was conducted, and the most common threat vectors were identified.
