This study focuses on the problem of network-centric confrontations in business. The paper presents a universal model of information impact. Also, the study considers the psychological effects that arise as a result of information manipulations. The paper discusses in detail the possible vectors of information attacks. To confirm the models of information manipulation, many cases from the financial sphere were adduced in this study.
