Improving the Distribution System of a Retail Company

Nowadays, the e-commerce market is experiencing an unprecedented increase, especially in comparance with the traditional retail. The requirements of e-commerce market's customers (such as: speed of delivery, product quality, the returning og the goods, after-sales service) and a gradual decrease in the differentiation of products from different manufacturers increases the impact of logistics on the commercial success of the company. The object of this work is the logistics system of the Wildberries. The subject of the work is the distribution logistics of the Wildberries, an e-commerce company. The purpose of the work is to improve the distribution system of the Wildberries.
