Factors Affecting Development of Startup Projects and Innovations

This work studies the influence of factors on entrepreneurial activity based on GEM data (Global Entrepreneurship Monitor), Hofstede’s dimensions, The World Bank Open Data. Financial capital, cultural factors and the global financial crisis of 2008 are all the groups of variables to be tested. For empirical proof panel data analysis model is used. The sample consists of 16 countries from 2004-2018. Results show that there is significance influence of cultural factors on entrepreneurship level in different countries. It is proven that culture 2008 influenced positively on the level of entrepreneurship.
