Analysis of Influince of Digital Economy Development on Economic Growth of Russian Federation

This work is devoted to analysis of influence of digital economy development on economic growth of Russian Federation. Empirical models for analysis of influence of Information and Communication Technologies on the Gross Regional Product per capita are used in this research. Sample is based on observations across 85 Russian regions for the 2015-2018 period. Dynamic panel data and static panel data models are used for the research purposes. Results of the research confirm that digitalization has positive and statistically significant effect on economic growth of Russia. This work takes into account potential problem of reverse-causality.
