Mergers and acquisitions in the oil and gas industry are becoming increasingly relevant in modern conditions, and research on this topic remains a very important area to this day. I analyze the effectiveness of M&A transactions in the global oil and gas industry, identifies factors that affect the effectiveness of the buyer company, and checks the significance of these factors for the m&a transaction.
