Gamification as a Tool of Personnel Policy Implementation in Educational Organization

The master's thesis was carried out in a design and research format, the purpose of which is to develop and test a game model for personnel management tasks in an educational organization, as well as to form a portfolio of gamification practices that are adaptive for the personnel policy of an educational organization. The master's study examines in detail the phenomena of game and gamification, their key features and differences, clarifies the subject field, examines the experience of benchmarks in terms of the application of gamification. The personnel policy is disclosed in detail, an analysis of its implementation in educational organizations within the framework of empirical research. Based on highlighted staff management problems in educational organizations, their gamification solution is proposed - the developed model of the board game «Head teacher. Big races». A portfolio of game practices has been formed - a practical guide for educational organizations wishing to add game technologies for working with personnel to the management process. The volume of term research is 112 pages of typewritten text, the work consists of introduction, 3 chapters, 9 paragraphs, conclusion, bibliographic list, accompanied by illustrative material presented in the form of 13 figures (diagrams) and 7 tables, 9 applications. Bibliographic list of sources used in the work and literature totals 66 names.
