Organizational Culture of the Educational Institution as a Professional Burnout Factor in Teaching

This master's thesis was carried out in an academic format and is a study aimed at identifying the relationship between professional burnout in educational organizations and the type of organizational culture. The first chapter of the master's thesis clarifies the concepts of "professional burnout", "organizational culture" to determine their place in educational policy. The stages of development of the concept of "professional burnout" and the typology of "organizational culture" are systematized. The specificity of professional burnout in organizations with different types of organizational culture is revealed. The second chapter of the master's thesis presents the results of an empirical study conducted in order to formulate the connection between professional burnout and the types of organizational culture of educational organizations. Based on the analysis and interpretation of the data obtained in the empirical part of the master's thesis, the relationship between the types of organizational culture of educational organizations and the level of burnout of teachers is determined. The practical significance of the research lies in the possibility of using the research results when reorganizing the activity-based approach to managing changes in the level of professional burnout of the teaching staff of an educational organization to improve the quality of educational services provided. The volume of the master's thesis is 122 pages of typewritten text, the work consists of an introduction, 2 chapters, 7 paragraphs, a conclusion, accompanied by illustrative, reference and statistical material presented in the form of 15 figures and 15 tables, 5 applications.
