Subject of the study: the organization of methodological support for teachers in the municipality in the context of the implementation of the regional component of federal projects of the national project "Education" Hypotheses: 1. The organization of methodological support does not meet the needs of the teacher, as it is aimed primarily at supporting the results of formal education, and not at supporting the self-education of teachers. 2. The system of methodological support for teachers in the municipalities of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug will be adequate to the ideas of the pedagogical community if: - offer teachers the maximum variety of forms of support; - ensure prompt response to requests of teachers, personalization of their educational trajectories in conditions of self-education; - will provide real support to school systems of methodical support of teachers. In accordance with the goal, object, subject and hypothesis of the study, the following tasks were defined: 1. Determine the degree of completeness of the regulatory and legal framework for the organization of activities on the methodological support of teachers in the municipalities of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. 2. Conduct a comparative analysis of the survey of leaders and teachers to determine the existing pros and cons in the methodological support of teachers. 3. To identify priority factors of the effectiveness of the municipal system of methodological support for teachers (based on the comparison of the results of analysis of models of organizational and methodological support and questionnaire of leaders and teachers implemented in the municipalities of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug). 4. Prepare proposals to improve municipal models of methodological support for teachers of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. The volume of work is 182 pages with a list of references and appendices, 60 used sources. The master's thesis consists of an introduction, a conclusion, a list of sources used in the amount of 60 pcs., And the main part consisting of two chapters and eight paragraphs. Also, the dissertation research includes 2 appendices, 40 tables and 41 figures. In accordance with the logic of the study, a set of complementary methods is supposed to be used to solve the tasks: - theoretical methods - conceptually terminological analysis of the main definitions of research ("methodological work," "support," "methodological support," analysis of scientific and methodological literature, normative documents, modeling; - empirical methods - observation, questionnaire, conversation, method of expert assessments, SWOT-analysis; static methods - qualitative analysis was implemented with frequency analysis, and quantitative - with the help of ¼ 2 Pearson. Within the framework of this work, based on the analysis of the implemented models of organizational and methodological support for pedagogical workers in the municipalities of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug and a survey of leaders and teachers of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug on effective forms of work of methodological services, the following are proposed as recommendations for improving the municipal systems of methodological support of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous OkOkrug: - To continue activities on development of personal trajectories of methodical support of teachers; - Create in all municipal methodological services special functional modules for information support of the teacher and support of his methodological support at school; - Develop and introduce into the activities of municipal methodological services packages of scientific and methodological support in at least eight main formats of teacher support. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of using the results and conclusions of the study when organizing methodological support for the professional and personal development of teachers in general education organizations in the regions of the Russian Federation. The novelty of the study is that its results contribute to the pedagogical theory of the management of educational systems, generate new knowledge about the content, technologies and forms of scientific and methodological support for teachers of a general education organization.
