The master's thesis is a study aimed at developing a project for a remote interaction management system in an educational organization. The paper provides a theoretical analysis of existing research in Russian and foreign literature on the areas and means of remote interaction between educational organizations and families, its advantages and risks, and the experience of using it in practice. The analysis of the legal framework regulating this process in the field of education is also carried out. It was revealed that the existing legal framework allows educational organizations to develop remote technologies in the framework of their interaction with children, parents, and social partners. Educational organizations currently have some experience in using various means of remote interaction with the family, in which such positive aspects as the efficiency of information exchange, personalization of work with family requests, availability and variability of educational and educational content are noted. The value of our research is that we studied the degree of readiness for remote interaction of the main stakeholders of the educational process (parents, teachers, administration), their requests for directions and means of this type of interaction, the desired image. It was found that parents of students rate their readiness for DV and its prospects as a whole lower than teachers and school administrators. At the same time, parents evaluate teachers ' readiness higher than their own, and teachers evaluate parents fairly objectively, understanding that parents have different technical equipment and digital competence. In pre-school educational organizations, teachers showed the lowest assessment of their own readiness for DV and its prospects. Stakeholders ' requests have both agreed upon directions and means of payment, as well as discrepancies in them. The study used the methods of design, survey, quantitative, qualitative, correlation analysis, systematization, generalization, etc. The study group consisted of 439 people, 410 of whom were respondents from schools and 29 from kindergartens. The results can be used in organizing work with the family of various educational organizations, developing training courses at different levels, as well as creating diagnostic tools for studying the positions of stakeholders in the education system. KEYWORDS: REMOTE INTERACTION, INTERACTION BETWEEN FAMILY AND SCHOOL, PARENTS, STAKEHOLDER REQUESTS.
