Optimization of School Conflict Resolution Services

ANNOTATION Term paper on the topic: Optimization of School Conflict Resolution Services. This article examines the activities of school conflict resolution services, as well as school mediation as one of the most effective methods of adolescent teaching in the field of resolution and disputes. This work is a study aimed to identify ways to optimize school criminal services. For the purposes of the study, the following methods are used: comparative analysis of documents (letters, reports) and regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, statistical analysis, survey. The results of the study can be applied in educational organizations in order to improve the performance of conflict-resolving services, in terms of taking into account the requests of subjects of educational relations for assistance in resolving school conflicts, raising awareness, and developing cooperation in creating a safe and conflict-free environment. This study lays the foundation for further study of the developed guidelines improving the performance of school conflict resolution services.
