Formation of the Civic Position of School Youth as an Object of Management (Based on the Ideas of Various Groups of Stakeholders)

ABSTRACT «Formation of the Civic Position of School Youth as an Object of Management (Based on the Ideas of Various Groups of Stakeholders)» The purpose of the dissertation research is to identify similarities and differences in the views of different groups of stakeholders about the phenomenon of forming the civic position of young people in school. The first chapter analyzes the concept of "civil position": approaches to definition, methods of formation, evaluation; legislative and regulatory framework for the formation of the civil position of schoolchildren; experience in the formation of the civil position of young people in the Russian Federation. The current state of the process of forming the civil position of schoolchildren is also studied. In the second chapter gives an idea of the forms and methods of forming the civic position of young people aged 14-18 years from the point of view of several subjects of the process: students themselves, representatives of the parent community, the teaching staff and the management of educational institutions. Based on theoretical and empirical research, a draft of recommendations on the formation of a civic position of young people in an educational organization was created and presented. The comparative analysis revealed disparate views of stakeholders about the phenomenon of forming the civic position of young people. The assumption about possible divergence of positions of interested groups was confirmed. There are also a number of recommendations for specialists in the field of education on the successful implementation of the concept of forming the civic position of young people at the level of educational institutions.
