State Policy on Lowering Population Death Rates from Cardiovascular Disease

This work analyzes the historical, demographic and institutional prerequisites for high cardiovascular death rates in Russia and the role of state policy in it's lowering. A review of international practices, local legislative acts and federal projects aimed at lowering death rates from cardiovascular diseases was carried out, and the problems of their implementation were analyzed. The author of the work conducted a survey of health experts in the question of improving state policy in lowering death rates from cardiovascular diseases and formulated recommendations for its improvement.
