Temperature Programmed Growth of Graphene on High Purity Nickel Foil and its Separation with Gold Intercalation

This paper presents the results of experimental research of the temperature programmed graphene growth on the Ni foil of high purity (99.998%) and its delimitation via gold intercalation. Electron Auger spectroscopy, low energy electron diffraction and scanning tunnelling microscopy were used in this study.
