Hospital Pedagogy: The Path of a Teacher, Typical Difficulties, Problems and Ways to Overcome Them

This work is devoted to the study of the motives of the transition of teachers to hospital pedagogy, adaptation to work in a hospital school, the problems of such teachers and the solutions found. This study will allow us to talk about what is an obstacle for teachers who start working in hospital schools "We Learn to Know", what practices teachers use now to cope with problems and what approach to the problems of hospital teachers, preventing burnout and working with burnout is used in other countries. This work has a direct practical application for working with teachers in the opening of new hospital schools UchimZnaem and work with teachers in existing schools.
