In modern times, business is aimed at achieving global goals, finding solutions to increase business profitability with the most efficient use of available resources and optimal costs. If you use a logistics approach, cross-functional coordination and integration to solve this problem, you can achieve a positive result. The complex solution of these tasks combines the solution of existing problems of the company, solving which companies revise corporate and logistics strategies, re-organize the management structure, and revise their business processes. This dissertation research is aimed at finding effective and efficient solutions to optimize the logistics activities of a manufacturing enterprise in order to increase the profitability of the company.
