The aim of this master's thesis is to study the use of information and analytical technologies in the implementation of strategies and processes for customer relationship management, and information logistics and information logistics of processes in digital supply chains. The object of research in this work is the CRM macro-processes in supply chains, the subject is technologies and methods that ensure digital transformation and integration of logistics processes in supply chains. The work includes the organizational design of the CRM process and the order fulfillment process; shows its informational interaction with logistics processes in supply chains.
