Abstract The master's thesis is devoted to the problem of credit-modular training as a tool for managing the development program of an educational organization in line with the individualization of education. Credit-modular training is considered in the context of reforming a modern school, in particular, the features and effectiveness of the organization of credit-modular training at the level of secondary general education. The paper provides a theoretical analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, regulatory documents on the problem of credit-modular training and the implementation of a model of credit-modular training at the level of secondary general education as an important component of the individualization of the educational process. The practical significance of the project is determined by the possibility of applying the findings of the study in the management practice of general education and higher educational institutions. The result of the work was the development of a model of credit-modular training as a tool for managing the development program of an educational organization at the high school level. The results of the project study confirm the assumption that the implementation of the model of credit-modular education in high school is an important component of the individualization of the educational process and the development of research skills, cognitive interest, and improving the performance of high school students. The work includes an introduction, two chapters, chapter conclusions and general conclusions, a conclusion, a list of used literature and applications. The total volume of work is 93 pages, including 10 pages of the appendix.
