Student: Pivovar Boris

Supervisor: Konstantin M. Ushakov

Faculty: Institute of Education

Educational Programme: Education Administration (Master)

Year of Graduation: 2021

This final qualifying work is a portfolio collected during the master program "Education Management" at the Institute of Education of the National Research University Higher School of Economics by Boris Borisovich Pivovar. The portfolio focuses on a topic related to change management in educational organizations. On this topic, 3 scientific articles were written and published in peer-reviewed journals of the Higher Attestation Commission (part 1.1. ), as well as course work under the scientific guidance of Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Konstantin Mikhailovich Ushakov (part 1.2). The basis for choosing this topic for the final paper was the work carried out within the framework of training on the master's program. As two works that served as the basis for the choice, the portfolio includes works in two disciplines: "Development of an educational organization in the context of changes" and "Theory and mechanisms of public administration. This work helped to determine the topic of the paper, since the first discipline and tasks performed within it directly influenced the choice and subsequent preparation of term papers and scientific articles, and the second discipline made it possible to look broadly at the issue under study from the standpoint of state and municipal administration in within the specialization in which the training took place. In addition to the above, within the framework of the training, pre-diploma practice was carried out and protected. At the heart of the undergraduate practice was a task related to the conduct of a career guidance event within the framework of school # 1505. Within the framework of the project group, it was possible to conduct a survey of students, a career guidance event at the school grounds and work with teachers following the results of the event. The undergraduate practice provided significant material for the subsequent writing of a scientific article. Studying at the master's program allowed to deepen knowledge and practice in the field of writing scientific articles, management of educational organizations, as well as deeply study issues related to change management. As part of the training, courses were taken at MOOC, as evidenced by the received certificates of completion (part 2.3 ). Thus, the training on the program allowed us to form a number of artifacts that formed the basis of this portfolio. The scientific articles presented in this portfolio became the basis for the courses taught at the RANEPA under the President of the Russian Federation and GAU DPO Lipetsk region "Institute for Education Development".
