Strategies for Launching a Professional Development Program for Children Camp Directors on the Basis of an Existing Educational Organization

The product of this work is the technology of launching a program of additional professional education for managers of organizations of children's recreation and recreation (children's camps) on the basis of an existing educational organization. The discovery technology refers to a sequence of actions to achieve the desired result – the implementation of an educational program. In the theoretical chapters of this work, the sources devoted to the history of training of heads of children's camps in 1980-1990 are analyzed. An overview of existing projects that implement educational programs in the field of training managers of children's recreation organizations is made. Models of competence of leaders of children's camps are analyzed. In the practical part, a competitive analysis of existing organizations providing similar educational services is carried out. To determine the target audience and its volume, pre-project studies were conducted. Scenarios and methodology for conducting these studies are also presented in case there is a need to update the data in the future. On the basis of the adopted model of competencies of the head of the children's camp, an educational program, criteria for evaluating the effectiveness and effectiveness of its implementation were developed. The method of financial analysis and calculation of the break-even point is described. Possible methods for optimizing the expenditure part of the project are described. In accordance with the project life cycle theory, the technology for launching a vocational education program is divided into stages. Each stage is described in terms of goals and tasks to be completed. Testing of the proposed technology was carried out by implementing the first pilot project in St. Petersburg. The relevant chapters describe the results of testing.
