Model for Effective Collaboration of Teachers in a Middle School

The work is devoted to the development of a model for effective cooperation of teachers in a teenage school. The primary task of the head of an educational institution is to create the social capital of the organization. The main research question is what is effective teacher collaboration and how it affects teaching and learning processes. Based on the results of the analysis of theoretical materials, answers were formulated to the following research questions: terminology used in research; what is teacher collaboration; positive and negative consequences of this; factors that promote and hinder successful teacher collaboration; which is effective teacher collaboration. The analysis and study of practical experience confirm that the cooperation of teachers working with adolescents has a positive impact on the effectiveness of the school. This is facilitated by the free choice of forms of cultural interaction of teachers and the creation of conditions for their joint work. The second chapter presents the basic structural conditions for an effective collaboration model. One of the main factors is the culture of cooperation. The third chapter presents a model of effective interaction of teachers in basic school with the aim of consolidating the positive motivation of students to learn and various educational competencies.
