The author of the master's thesis is Vitaly Tyan Enovich. R&D: Transformation of the business model of PJSC "Enel Russia" in the conditions of digitalization. The final work is presented on 67 pages, includes 8 tables, 9 figures and 24 literary sources. The paper studies the term "business model" and considers the methods of its construction. The electricity market and its global trends are considered in detail. The current business model of the company is described and the efficiency of the company is assessed. A target business model of the company is proposed, adapted to the conditions of digitalization and a plan for transition to it.
