The volume of the research thesis: 72 pages. The master's thesis consists of an introduction, seven paragraphs, two chapters, conclusions for each chapter, a conclusion, a list of references and appendices. The work contains illustrative material: 2 tables, 11 diagrams, 16 figures, three appendices to the work, 30 sources. Research topic: "Pedagogical conditions for effective management of the educational process in the lyceum based on the standards of the quality management system in education". Object of research: management of the educational process in an educational organization - lyceum. Subject of the study: conditions for effective management of the educational process in the lyceum based on the standards of the quality management system in education. The purpose of the study: to identify and justify the pedagogical conditions for effective management of the educational process based on the standards of the quality management system in education and to develop a mechanism (algorithm) for switching to the process approach in management. To achieve this result, the following tasks were identified: - to define and systematize the theoretical aspects of quality management, the concept of TQM and the requirements of ISO standards in the field of education; to consider and generalize approaches to the design of a quality management system in an educational organization; - to conduct a comparative analysis of various models of educational process management; - consider the algorithm for building a quality management system in a modern school; - to analyze the quality of the educational process in the educational organization "MAOU Lyceum №180"; to describe the main activities in the lyceum, their characteristics, relationships for building a management system as a process based on the principles of quality management; - to develop a mechanism (algorithm) for the transition of the educational organization to a process approach in management. The methodological basis of the study was the concept of Total Quality Management – TQM) - universal quality management. 1. The theoretical foundations of quality management of the educational process in the modern school are revealed. 2. The principles of quality management of education, allowing to realize the results of the educational organization, are defined. 3.The pedagogical conditions for effective management of the educational process in the Lyceum based on the requirements of ISO standards in the field of education are defined. 4. Developed and proved the mechanism (algorithm) transition of educational institutions based on the process approach in management. The practical significance of the research lies in the development of practical recommendations for the transition of an educational organization to a process approach in management. The solution of the tasks set in the work was carried out by the following methods: theoretical analysis, synthesis and generalization of scientific literature; empirical methods: diagnostics, model development; study of pedagogical experience; data processing methods: statistical analysis.
