System of Corporate Training of School Teachers on the Basis of Competence Approach (on the Example of State School № 24)

The graduation work is devoted to solving a problem of insufficient quality of supplement education of teachers in Russian state schools. The authors describe a system of corporate training of teachers in state school # 24 of Nizhniy Novgorod. The system is based on a competence approach in the process of adult education and the idea of self -learning organization. The graduation work describes a model of professional skills, principles and norms of training and different instruments used for organization of the process. Analysis of teacher’s professional competence is taken as a basis for choosing an algorithm of corporate training.
